Currently, I have started a new challenge in hopes of better results. In the past and most recently, I have tried several different ways to tone up and lose the left over baby weight from my last child.
I am on Day 2 and boy oh boy is this harder than I imagined! But that's a good thing : )
My two little ones also like to join in and "exercise" with mommy, which is great because then they learn the importance of staying fit and healthy.
Anyone have any tips or been on a similar journey?
